You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom‑made or special‑order items.

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

Return Process

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the return to the provided address. Do not send returns to the shipping address on your package, as this may delay processing.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
